Initial Consultation

We’ll schedule a time to talk over the phone or on video chat to get an idea of what you’re planning and how we can best help.

Contract and Booking

Once we’ve finalized the details, we’ll send you a contract. We also ask that you pay a 25% deposit, which allows us to hold your wedding date for you.

Face-to-Face Meeting

We’ll schedule a time to meet with you as a couple. During COVID we’re holding these over video chat. This is a key way that we get to know you before the wedding.

We’ll stay in touch!

We’ll text periodically to keep up to date on your plans for your wedding day and to see if we can help.

Final Payment

The final payment is due one week before the wedding. The timeframe is mostly so that you don’t have to think about it as the day gets closer!

Photo delivery

Normally, this will come in two stages. Within 1 week, we’ll send you a small set of initial images as a “sneak peak.” We’ll have the rest of your photos to you within a month. Most of the time both of these happen much faster - the sneak peak within a few days and the full set within two weeks.
